Deb is the Founder and Owner of GrottLuker & Co., bringing over 35 years of accounting experience to the firm. Certified as a Public Accountant in 1997, Deb specializes in strategic planning, consulting, and taxation for individuals, businesses, and not-for-profit organizations. Her areas of expertise include regulatory compliance, organizational advisory services, and tax-focused financial consulting.

Before founding GrottLuker & Co., Deb served as Managing Partner at Manzi and Associates, LLC (formerly Baker, Manzi and Company), a certified public accounting firm based in North Andover, Massachusetts. In this leadership role, she provided services to a broad range of clients including employee benefit plans, labor unions, nonprofit organizations, small businesses, and individuals. Her responsibilities encompassed supervision and support on financial, taxation, and operational matters.

Earlier in her career, Deb worked as a Mutual Fund Accountant at State Street Bank in Boston and as a Pension Accountant at the Boston Company, now known as Mellon Investments Corporation—where she gained valuable experience in investment accounting and fund administration.

Deb is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), as well as the New Hampshire Society of CPAs and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs. She is a proud alumna of the Whittemore School of Business at the University of New Hampshire.

Originally from Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, Deb now resides in Rye Beach, New Hampshire with her husband, Russ, and their beloved French Bulldog, Poppy. She is the proud mother of three adult children—Kaitlin, Reid, and Lexi—and a devoted grandmother to five grandchildren: Fiona, Maeve, Georgia, Maddox, and Rhodes. Deb deeply cherishes time spent with her family, which remains at the heart of her life. Outside of the office, she enjoys staying active by going to the gym and walking outdoors. In addition to her professional pursuits, Deb serves as the Varsity Head Coach of the Field Hockey team at Exeter High School, where she shares her love of the sport and mentorship with student-athletes.
